Makers Series: Ferments From Around the World

Campers learn how people around the world have used fermentation for generations while turning food into a living science lab. Through hands-on observation, experimentation, and tasting, they discover how simple ingredients change and transform over time—blending biology, culture, and creativity in the process.

By the end of the week, each camper heads home with three ferments of their own to share with their family, building practical skills and a deeper appreciation for the science happening inside everyday food.

• Camp runs Monday-Friday, 8:30am-12:30pm
• Registration closes May 15th, 2026
