Liberty Prairie (formerly Liberty Prairie Foundation) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in Grayslake, Illinois. We grow organic veggies and provide hands-on, immersive learning experiences on our 95-acre conservation farm. In the Liberty Prairie Farm Store, we feature 42 regional farm and food entrepreneurs, providing these partners access to a year-round market and increasing access to high-quality food in northeast Illinois. Together, we can build skills and pathways for land, human, and local economic health.
