Why Liberty Prairie?
I have been a fan of Liberty Prairie since I moved to Lake County as a college student and Prairie Crossing was just getting started.  I get really excited by the idea of plants, animals and people thriving together and Liberty Prairie NFP brings this to life!!  Thinking about Lake County as a place where resilient food systems can promote health, the environment and the economy is also very inspiring to me.
